Premetto che la Guinness è sempre stata la mia birra preferita. Quindi perchè non provare questa torta? Una torta dal sapore deciso, forte, molto aromatico, per i veri amanti della birra, non di una birra qualunque ma della vera birra irlandese!
INGREDIENTI :
- 150 gr. burro a temperatura ambiente
- 250 gr. farina
- 200 gr. zucchero
- 3 uova grandi (se sono piccole usarne 4)
- 300 ml Guinness
- 100 gr. cacao amaro
- Una bustina lievito in polvere
Ingredienti per la crema:
- 350 gr. Philadelphia ( io ho usato il mascarpone )
- 150 gr. zucchero a velo
- 150 ml. Panna fresca
PREPARAZIONE:
Lavorare il burro fino, aggiungere lo zucchero e continuare a mescolare per altri 5 min. Aggiungere le uova, una per volta. Setacciare la farina e il cacao, insieme al lievito. Aggiungere la birra alternandola alla farina e cacao. Mettere in una tortiera da 24cm e cuocere 50 min. circa a 180° C.
Questa torta deve restare umida, quindi alla prova stecchino non aspettate che sia asciutto, ma toglietela dal forno quando lo stecco è ancora un po’ umido.
Preparazione della crema:
Mescolare il Philadelphia ( o mascarpone ), aggiungere lo zucchero a velo e in seguito la panna che avremo montato.
Lasciar raffreddare la torta e ricoprire la parte in alto con la crema, si consiglia di metterla in frigorifero fino a poco prima di servirla per evitare che la crema diventi troppo molle.

- Half teaspoon baking powder
Ingredients for the cream:
- 350 gr. Philadelphia
- 150 gr. powdered sugar
- 150 ml . fresh Cream
PREPARATION:
Cream the butter up , add sugar and continue stirring for another 5 min. Add the eggs, one at a time. Sift the flour and cocoa , along with the yeast. Add the beer alternating with the flour and cocoa. Place in a 24cm cake tin and bake 50 min. approximately 180 ° C.
This cake should be moist , so the toothpick test does not expect it to be dry, but remove it from the oven when the stick is still a bit ‘ wet .
Preparing the filling:
Stir in Philadelphia, add the icing sugar and then the cream that we assembled. Allow the cake to cool and cover the top with the cream , you should put it in the refrigerator until just before serving to prevent the cream becomes too soft.
