Torta senza latte, uova e burro?

CAKE WITHOUT MILK, EGGS AND BUTTER
Cake without milk, eggs and butter? I’ve often read recipes of cakes without these ingredients, I never had the opportunity to test them, today I wanted to try. I must say that is not bad, even if the recipe requires a couple of “revivals” in my opinion … I’ll try the next time ..
I leave here the recipe, you are free to try it, change it, you will like it or not … Let me know what you think.
INGREDIENTS:
- 225 g of flour (I used kamut flour)
- 150 g of sugar
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil (equivalent to 40 g)
- 250 ml of water / juice / orange juice / tea (I used peach tea)
- 1 table spoon of baking powder abundant (about 13 g)
- vanilla extract or whatever you prefer, which combines to the flavor of tea, juice or other
PREPARATION:
In a bowl, pour the iced tea and add the oil, vanilla extract and sugar.
Mix until all the sugar is dissolved.
Apart sift the flour and baking powder and add to the liquid ingredients.
Mix until creamy smooth and uniform.
After lined interior a mold of 24 cm in diameter with parchment paper, pour the mixture.
Bake in oven previously heated to 180 ° for about 40 minutes.
Before removing it from the oven do the “toothpick test” to check the cooking.
After removing the cake from the oven, let it cool. Once cool sprinkle with powdered sugar and eat!
It ‘s really good, no one would believe it without eggs!!
Try not to open the oven until the end of cooking so as not to sag the cake (which are freshly baked will subside a little bit, but it’s not serious)
